There are four levels at which firms and individuals can contribute to the quality programs at Colorado HFMA: Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. The contribution and benefits of all four levels are presented below:

Platinum Sponsorship
(Annual Contribution: $3,000)

• All Bronze, Silver and Gold benefits, plus
• 1/2 page black-and-white advertisement in all issues of the Colorado HFMA Newsletter
• One free registration for all Colorado Chapter meetings
• Complimentary exhibit at three (Rural, Compliance and Annual Conferences) Colorado HFMA chapter meetings
• List of attendees provided at all meetings at which your organization exhibits
• Full page advertisement in the Colorado HFMA Membership Directory
   

Gold Sponsorship
(Annual Contribution: $2,000)

• All Bronze and Silver Sponsor benefits, plus
• 1/4 page black-and- white advertisement in all issues of the Colorado HFMA Newsletter
• One free registration at the Rural Conference and Annual Meeting and Complimentary Gold Sponsor exhibit table at all meetings with the exception of the Joint Law Conference and Uninsured Conference to display sponsor materials with other Gold Sponsors
• Complimentary exhibit table at Annual Meeting and one free registration at the Meeting
• List of attendees provided at all meetings when your organization exhibits

Silver Sponsor
(Annual Contribution: $1,000)

• All Bronze Sponsor benefits
• Listing in the annual sponsor directory to be developed and distributed at the Compliance and Annual Conferences in 2007
• Acknowledgment in all newsletters and program announcements
• Company’s name posted and announced at all Colorado HFMA chapter meetings ( with the exception of the Joint Law Conference, due to the fact this is a co-sponsored program with the Health Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association)
• Listing as annual sponsor on our web site with up to 3 services of sponsor or business card on web site link on the chapter's web page
• Invitation to participate in the Colorado HFMA Annual Sponsor Fair at the Colorado HFMA Chapter Annual Meeting with one free registration
• List of attendees provided at all meetings when your organization exhibits

Bronze Sponsor
(Annual Contribution: $500)

• Prominent display of Annual Sponsors at Conferences
• Listing on all education program brochures
• Business card size ad in Chapter Newsletter for one issue
• Listing in each issue with all sponsors
• 20% discount for registration for one representative at Annual Meeting
• Listing on the sponsor page of the Chapter website with a link to the sponsor's website and listing of up to 3 services provided by sponsor or business card ad on website
• Inclusion in the annual sponsor directory to be developed and distributed at the Compliance and Annual Conferences in 2007
• List of attendees provided at all meetings when your organization exhibits
