Annual Sponsorship Opportunities
There are six (6) levels at which firms and individuals can contribute to the quality programs at Colorado HFMA: Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Provider.
Your annual sponsorship begins when payment is made i.e. April 2010 to April 2011 and benefits listed below relate to this same period.
The contribution and benefits of all levels are presented below:
Diamond Sponsorship — Annual Contribution $5,000
- Three (3) complimentary registrations for Rural, Compliance and Annual Meetings. Total 9.
- Complimentary exhibit table at Rural, Compliance and Annual meetings pending availability.
- Eight (8) provider coupons (includes free registration for 8 providers per year) These can only be redeemed by provider representatives - see additional restrictions on use of these coupons below*
- Opportunity to present an educational session at two (2) meetings during your sponsorship year (topic must be approved by the Educational Committee and preferably should be a healthcare related. No sales or infomercials.)
- A list of registered attendees, including name, facility and address as of two (2) weeks prior to all meetings if you are exhibiting at the conference.
- Post event listing of registered attendees from all meetings for all annual sponsors exhibiting at a conference.
- Recognition as a corporate sponsor in the membership directory (annually) and Chapter newsletter (quarterly)
- Recognition as a corporate sponsor on the CO HFMA web site, including a link to your web site.
- Full page color advertisement in every CO HFMA Newsletter - contact
- Recognition at each meeting.
- Introduction of a speaker at each meeting
NOTE: Dollar value of the above sponsorship category is $7,100.
Platinum Sponsorship — Annual Contribution $3,000
- Two (2) complimentary registrations for Rural, Compliance and Annual Meetings. Total 6
- Complimentary exhibit table at Rural, Compliance and Annual meetings pending availability.
- Six (6) provider coupons (includes free registration for 6 providers per year) These can only be redeemed by provider representatives - see additional restrictions on use of these coupons below*
- List of registered attendees, including name, facility and address as of two (2) weeks prior to all meetings which you firm is exhibiting.
- Post event listing of registered attendees from all meetings for meetings your firm is exhibiting.
- Recognition as a corporate sponsor in the membership directory (annually) and Chapter newsletter (quarterly)
- Recognition as a corporate sponsor on the CO HFMA web site, including a link to your web site.

- Recognition at each meeting.

NOTE: Dollar value of the above sponsorship is $5,300.
Gold Sponsorship — Annual Contribution $2,000
- Two (2) complimentary registrations for Rural, Compliance and Annual Meetings. Total 6
- Complimentary exhibit table at Rural, Compliance and Annual meetings pending availability.
- Four (4) provider coupons (includes free registration for 4 providers per year) These can only be redeemed by provider representatives - see additional restrictions on use of these coupons below*
- List of registered attendees, including name, facility and address as of two (2) weeks prior to all meetings which you firm is exhibiting.
- Post event listing of registered attendees from all meetings for meetings your firm is exhibiting.

NOTE: Dollar value of the above sponsorship is $4,700.
Silver Sponsorship — Annual Contribution $1,000
- One (1) complimentary registration for Rural, Compliance and Annual Meetings. Total 3
- Complimentary exhibit table at 2 meetings per year: Rural, Compliance or Annual meetings pending availability.
- Two(2) provider coupons (includes free registration for 2 providers per year) These can only be redeemed by provider representatives - see additional restrictions on use of these coupons below*
- Post event listing of registered attendees from all meetings for which you are an exhibitor.
- Recognition as a sponsor in the membership directory (annually) and Chapter newsletter (quarterly).
- Recognition as a corporate sponsor on the CO HFMA web site, including a link to your web site.
- 3/4 page color advertisement in each CO HFMA Newsletter - contact Michele Olivier, Chapter Newsletter chair (molivier@pinnaclegrouphc.com) or 303-804-0124.
- Vendor display opportunities at additional meeting (see above) available for a discounted fee (Please contact the Corporate Sponsor Chair prior to meeting).
- Recognition at each meeting.
- Speaker introduction at two (2) meetings.
NOTE: Dollar value of above sponsorship is $2,800.
Bronze Sponsorship — Annual Contribution $750
- One complimentary (1) registration per year for Rural, Compliance or Annual Meeting
- Recognition as a sponsor in the membership directory (annually) and Chapter newsletter (quarterly).
- Recognition as a corporate sponsor on the CO HFMA web site, including a link to your web site.
- Vendor display opportunities available at Rural, Compliance and Annual meeting for a discounted fee. Please contact the Corporate Sponsor Chair prior to meeting.
- Recognition at each meeting.
NOTE: Dollar value of the above is $1,650.
Provider Sponsorship — Annual Contribution $1000
- Six (6) conference registrations per year for employees of the hospital for Rural, Compliance or Annual Meeting .
- Recognition as a sponsor in the membership directory (annually) and Chapter newsletter (quarterly).
- Recognition as a provider sponsor on the CO HFMA web site, including a link to your web site.
- 3/4 page color advertisement in each CO HFMA Newsletter - contact Scott Gunter, Chapter Newsletter chair (scottgunter@centura.org or 303-804-8109.
- Vendor display opportunities available at Rural, Compliance and Annual meeting for a discounted fee. Please contact the Corporate Sponsor Chair prior to meeting.
- Recognition at each meeting.

* Note Regarding Distribution of Provider Registration Coupons and Tax Deduction:
A primary benefit for Sponsors (from past feedback) in our chapter is the opportunity to work and network with Providers at Chapter Events. To encourage expanded Provider participation in our educational programs, we are providing coupons exclusively for Providers as a part of the sponsorship program to attract more attendance. In order to be in compliance with hospital policies regarding acceptance of gifts, the provider registrations coupons can be only used by providers and not members of your sponsoring organization. Also, you cannot assign to a specific provider due to compliance issues so they will be placed in a "pool" for every meeting and recognition will be given to those Corporate Sponsors who had provider coupons available for that meeting. Obviously, the more coupons that your company had available, the more recognition will be given.
Important: Corporate Sponsor (non-providers) agrees to not claim these free registration coupons as a tax deduction, as it would violate HFMA National's 501c6 tax status.
Sponsor registrations can also be utilized as a provider registration only. Provider coupons must be utilized prior to the end of the sponsorship year.
